Kate A. Neugent is an attorney at Burbach & Stansbury S.C., in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Ms. Neugent has over a decade of experience and focuses her practice exclusively on family law. She handles matters involving divorce, paternity, prenuptial agreements, third-party visitation and guardian ad litem work. In 2011, she was named one of “Wisconsin’s outstanding young lawyers” in family law by the American Registry and in 2015 was listed among “America’s most honored professionals” by the same organization.
Ms. Neugent is a member of professional organizations including the family law sections of the Milwaukee Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin. She is also a member of the Washington County Bar Association, the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin, the Association for Women Lawyers, the National Association of Counsel for Children and the Leander J. Foley Matrimonial American Inn of Court. She is a certified member of the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts and regularly authors and lectures on family law topics.
