Kristen Lojewski

Kristen Lojewski is the founder and owner of Lojewski Abuse & Injury Law, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her practice addresses catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and nursing home abuse and neglect, representing individuals and families harmed by corporate misconduct and negligent care. The firm combines careful investigation, aggressive negotiation, and trial readiness to pursue compensation and accountability on behalf of clients.

Raised in Indiana in a single-parent household with limited means, Ms. Lojewski became the second person in her family to attend college and the first to enter graduate study, graduating with honors from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago. That early experience instilled a tenacious work ethic and a commitment to using the law to level the playing field for people facing powerful institutions.

After law school, Ms. Lojewski moved to South Florida to begin her legal career in public service as a prosecutor. During that time, she tried multiple jury and bench trials to verdict, refining courtroom presentation, witness examination and advocacy under pressure – skills she later applied to complex civil litigation.

Upon returning to the Midwest, Ms. Lojewski transitioned to plaintiff-side practice with one of Wisconsin’s largest plaintiff firms, concentrating on catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters. There, she guided clients through high-stakes claims, handling discovery, expert coordination, and settlement strategy while addressing the emotional and practical needs families face after devastating loss.

In 2025, Ms. Lojewski founded Lojewski Abuse & Injury Law to offer a more personalized approach to representation. She is a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, an immersive program that broadened her trial toolkit with advanced methods in jury selection, opening statements, direct and cross examination, and persuasive closings. Her combination of creativity, persistence and meticulous preparation has produced multimillion-dollar recoveries for injured clients and their families.
