Michael F. Hupy

Michael F. Hupy is the president of Hupy and Abraham, S.C., located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he dedicates his practice to personal injury law. He represents individuals and families in a wide range of complex matters, including car, motorcycle and truck accidents, slip and falls, negligent security, dog bites, pharmaceutical class actions, wrongful death and police brutality.

Mr. Hupy works closely with clients to develop strategic solutions that address both immediate challenges and long-term needs. Board-certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, he brings extensive expertise to every case. Mr. Hupy earned his Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University before receiving his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School. He was admitted to the bar in Wisconsin in 1972 and in Illinois in 1997. Additionally, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Active in the legal community, Mr. Hupy is a fellow of the Wisconsin Law Foundation and the American Bar Foundation. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice, the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
