Miles G. Lindner

Miles G. Lindner, the founding member of Lindner Law, LLC, is a state-wide personal injury attorney based in Milwaukee and Appleton, Wisconsin. Mr. Lindner has over 25 years of legal experience and handles cases involving motor vehicle accidents, dog bites/attacks, slip and fall incidents, brain injuries and other catastrophic injuries caused by negligence. He serves injury victims and their family members in the Milwaukee metropolitan area, the Fox Valley, and throughout Wisconsin.

In his personal injury practice, Mr. Lindner has litigated thousands of personal injury matters, and recovered hundreds of millions of dollars in compensation for his clients. While some of his cases involve damages of no more than a few thousand dollars, others involve millions of dollars. He has been named to the Multi- Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization open only to lawyers who have secured awards or settlements in excess of $1 million for their clients.

The American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys included Mr. Lindner on its “10 best” list and The National Trial Lawyers named him one of the “top 100 trial lawyers.” He is also recognized by the organization Lawyers of Distinction.

Mr. Lindner enjoys being involved in his legal community. He is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice and the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys.

After graduating magna cum laude from Marquette University with a bachelor’s degree, Mr. Lindner earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He holds licenses to practice law before all Wisconsin state courts, the U.S. district courts for the eastern and western districts of Wisconsin and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.
