Attorney Petty has dedicated his legal career to helping people injured by the carelessness of others. Since becoming an attorney in 2003, he prides himself on being there for his clients at every step in prosecuting a personal injury claim, from providing counsel and solace following a traumatic accident, to zealously presenting their case to a jury. Respected by his peers, Attorney Petty was named on the Wisconsin Rising Stars list and then as a Super Lawyer every single year from 2009 to the present.
Attorney Petty received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from UW- Madison in 1999 and his law degree from Marquette University in 2003. While at Marquette, he was a member of the Public Interest Law, International Law, and Environmental Law Societies. Attorney Petty was also awarded the opportunity to take part in the Evan A. Evans Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition.
Community involvement is extremely important to Attorney Petty. Additionally, Attorney Petty served as the president of the board of directors for his sons’ school located in central Milwaukee.
