A 2011 graduate of Marquette University, Mr. Ovbiagele obtained both his Juris Doctor and Certificate in Litigation from Marquette University Law School in 2014, and he returned to earn his Master of Business Administration in 2017 from Marquette University Graduate School of Management. The State Bar of Wisconsin admitted him to practice in 2014, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.

While in law school, Mr. Ovbiagele received the CALI Award in Trial Advocacy and Advanced Legal Research, and since entering private practice, he has earned a number of other awards and honors, including selection by the Wisconsin Law Journal in 2017 as one of the state’s "Up and Coming Lawyers."

Highly active in his legal community, Mr. Ovbiagele currently serves on the board of directors for the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin, and he is a member of the Wisconsin Association of African American Lawyers. He also serves on the adjunct legal faculty at Marquette University Law School. He is also a member of the Wisconsin Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
