Rebecca Millenbach

Attorney Millenbach has been a Family Law professional for 16 years.  During this time, Ms. Millenbach has had the privilege of representing individuals from all over the world in all aspects of divorce and custody proceedings.  From the simple separation to the complex litigation involving family business and trusts,  Ms. Millenbach is equipped to handle all varying levels of complexity.   As a fellow in the International Academy of Family Law, Attorney Millenbach has represented clients from across the globe.  Attorney Millenbach has acquired the unique ability to delicately navigate the difficult and emotional matters imminent in every case and find solutions for her clients from her knowledge of the law, empathy and understanding. Her passion for protecting her clients is obvious by her strong courtroom presence which produces results when parties cannot settle issues.

Over her years of practice, Ms. Millenbach has worked extensively with forensic accountants, business valuators, and child custody psychologists from around the country.   She also represents clients in restraining orders, paternity, child custody and placement, alimony and maintenance, post-judgment disputes, and child support. Since 2015, she has been a fellow with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and since 2019 she has been a fellow in the International Academy of Family Lawyers.  Ms. Millenbach is also the past president of the Leander Foley Matrimonial Inns of Court, a chapter of the American Inns of Court.
