- In 2023 I filed 386 Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Filings in the Eastern District of Wisconsin. I was also Hired to Shut Down 12 Businesses in the State of Wisconsin all from various industries. The largest of which was a regional retail Carpet Business with 5 locations in the Northern half of the State. In 2024 I filed 450 Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Filings in the Eastern and Western District of Wisconsin. I was also Retained to Shut Down 15 Business in the State of Wisconsin from various industries. 8 of these Businesses I was able to keep them in business by Forming new entities, surrendering the business assets to the secured lender and negotiate with that same lender to assign the same assets to the new entity keeping the new entity (business) in continued operation. We would follow this with a personal chapter 7 discharging all the unsecured debt and personal guarantees of the principal owner., 2023

- I represented a bakery and restaurant that had two locations in the greater Milwaukee area. And I closed one business, consolidated and got rid of the majority of the debts, and filed a Chapter 7 for one of the owners, and the other owner I filed a Chapter 13. We successfully eliminated over half a million dollars of liabilities and they are now set up in a new business and thriving, 2025
