Pro bono / Community Service

• Planned and coordinated a social event to benefit the Sojourner Family Peace Center, an organization in downtown Milwaukee that serves and advocates for victims of domestic violence. The catered event was highly attended by family law practitioners and judicial officials, who came together to tour the facility and make donations to further the organization's goals, 2019

Other Outstanding Achievements

• Planned and directed an interdisciplinary conference for family law practitioners, mental health professionals, and judicial officials.  The topic was "Addressing Allegations and Disclosures of Child Sexual Abuse in Family Law Cases," and the conference was highly attended.  Attorney Whiting wrote a portion of the curriculum for the conference and supervised the "mock trial" portion of the presentation, 2019
• Lead Facilitator at University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee's Family Mediation Certificate Program, 2025
• Coordinated a Joint Holiday Party for family law practitioners and other family-law related professionals. As the Chair of the Membership Committee of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (Wisconsin Chapter), Attorney Whiting has coordinated this event for several years.
