While in law school, Mr. Govin worked as an intern at Milwaukee County Circuit Court and the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, and practiced law during his last year in law school at the Milwaukee office of the Wisconsin State Public Defender. Today, he is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
