Yingtao Ho

Yingtao Ho is a partner at Previant Law Firm, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he represents employees and employee benefit funds in a range of employment and labor matters. He is committed to protecting workers’ rights, and helping individuals and organizations address workplace disputes and recover compensation and benefits to which they are entitled. Through thoughtful legal counsel and dedicated advocacy, he works to ensure his clients understand their rights and have effective representation throughout the legal process.

Mr. Ho handles employment-related claims involving wage and hour violations, including off-the-clock work, miscalculations of overtime pay and improper deductions from employee wages. He also represents clients in disputes involving the enforcement of severance pay agreements.

In addition, Mr. Ho’s practice includes matters involving employee benefit funds, such as collections, denial of benefits and withdrawal liability cases. Admitted to practice law in Wisconsin in 2003, Mr. Ho is also authorized to appear before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 7th and 8th Circuits. His federal court admissions include the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. These admissions allow him to represent clients in employment and labor disputes across multiple jurisdictions.

Mr. Ho earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Michigan Law School in 2002. Before attending law school, he received his bachelor's degree in Law, Letters, and Society from The University of Chicago in 1999. Dedicated to remaining engaged with the legal profession, he maintains memberships in the State Bar of Wisconsin and the American Bar Association.
