She served two terms (2019-23) as the District 3 Representative to the State Bar of Wisconsin Board of Governors, which oversees the policy making and the operation of the State Bar of Wisconsin. She also served on the Executive Committee for the Board of Governors. Atty. Read recently is currently one of the State Bar Delegates to the American Bar Association. Furthermore, she has conducted numerous lectures and seminars across her region on a variety of legal topics, most recently acting as a CLE presenter in the area of family law for the State Bar Solo & Small Firm Conference.
Ms. Read is an attorney and partner with Remley Law, S.C., in Neenah, Wisconsin. Before joining Remley Law she practiced in Southern Wisconsin where she developed a strong foundation in several areas of law, which remains beneficial in her current specialized practice.
Growing up in an agricultural setting in Dubuque County, Iowa, Ms. Read learned the values of hard work and service to others at a very early age, and she instills these virtues each and every day in serving her clients. As such, she provides the highly personalized counsel her clients need to make the best-informed decisions regarding the legal issues that will affect them and their families for years to come, and she has gained a reputation for her innate ability to devise effective strategies to help her clients achieve their goals and the favorable outcomes they seek.
