Charles Rose

Charles Rose, originally from Waukesha, Wisconsin, is a partner at Benske Gatzke McFadden & Rose, LLC, a firm that offers comprehensive legal services in the areas of family law, personal injury and real estate. His practice extends to New Berlin and the surrounding regions of the Milwaukee-Waukesha metropolitan area.

An alumnus of the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, Mr. Rose earned a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice before advancing to Marquette University Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor. During his academic tenure, he garnered significant practical experience through internships with the United States Marshals Service and the Milwaukee County District Attorney Office’s Sensitive Crimes Division. These early experiences laid a solid foundation for his legal acumen and commitment to justice.

After completing his education, Mr. Rose honed his skills at two respected Wisconsin law firms. His roles in these firms allowed him to develop a robust understanding of both litigation and transactional law, preparing him well for his entrepreneurial venture. In 2020, he established his eponymous law firm in Waukesha, Wisconsin, with a mission to provide tailored and vigorous legal representation to his clients.

Mr. Rose is an active member of several professional associations, including the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association, the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association, the Wisconsin Club and the Apartment Association of Southeastern Wisconsin.
