As managing partner and attorney at Bye, Goff & Rohde, Steven B. Goff handles personal injury cases and represents clients in Wisconsin and Minnesota. With over 50 years of experience, his focus extends to cases of premises liability, animal bites, motor vehicle accidents, and products liability. Determined to stand up for the little guy, he develops a personal relationship with all his clients as he fights for the settlements they deserve.
Admitted to practice in Wisconsin and Minnesota, Mr. Goff also represents clients before the following federal courts: the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. Mr. Goff graduated with honors from Iowa State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts before attending the University of Minnesota Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctor. The National Board of Trial Advocacy certified him as a Civil Trial Specialist, and in 2012, he was inducted to the American College of Trial Lawyers.
With an Advocate rank from the American Board of Trial Advocates, Mr. Goff also participates in many professional legal organizations. He is a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Hennepin County Bar Association and the St. Croix Valley Bar Association.
