She is also committed to her local community and is involved in 100+ Women Who Care Ozaukee County Chapter and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. In addition, she sits on the board of Helping Hands Healing Hooves and is a district commissioner of the Lakefield Pony Club.

    Mrs. Esser graduated magna cum laude from Millsaps College with a bachelor’s degree. She earned her law degree from Drake University Law School, also graduating magna cum laude. She obtained her license to practice law in 1995, which qualified her to appear before all Wisconsin state courts. In addition to managing her caseload, she authors articles and lectures on a variety of legal topics.
