Mark Maciolek

Mark Maciolek serves as counsel to Maciolek Law Group's Dane County office in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, focusing his practice on criminal defense throughout Madison, Green Bay and statewide areas. He handles both state and federal criminal matters while also maintaining a civil litigation practice across various court systems.

Since obtaining his admission to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 2005, Mr. Maciolek has dedicated his entire practice to litigation, representing clients in criminal defense cases ranging from white collar offenses to firearms and drug-related charges. His educational background includes a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, providing him with deep knowledge of Wisconsin's legal landscape.

Mr. Maciolek's courtroom success includes notable victories against experienced prosecutors and established litigators. His recent achievements encompass securing dismissals of federal fraud indictments, obtaining jury trial acquittals for serious felony charges and successfully defending clients in civil battery suits.
