Ashley E. Lillesand-Leonhard

Ashley E. Lillesand-Leonhard is the managing partner of Lillesand Law LLC. She is committed to helping families from Waukesha and Milwaukee counties in Wisconsin with their estate law issues. With more than 17 years of experience, she takes on cases involving business law, creditor rights, estate and probate planning, wills, estate administration, trusts and so on. She is passionate about helping her clients by simplifying their legal woes, providing personalized services and compassionately guiding them through them.

Ms. Lillesand-Leonhard completed her undergraduate studies at Marquette University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She went on to pursue her legal education at Marquette University Law School, earning a Juris Doctor degree. Through her experience of working as a case manager for a resident facility housing adults with disabilities and as a corporate guardian for a nonprofit organization, she was able to acknowledge their problems and provide representation and advocacy for individuals who desperately needed it. It was these experiences that motivated her to go to law school.

An active member of the Wisconsin legal community, Ms. Lillesand-Leonhard upholds memberships with many significant legal organizations, such as the Milwaukee Bar Association (Probate Bench Bar Committee), the State Bar of Wisconsin (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section) and the Wisconsin Guardianship Association (former secretary and president). In addition to her legal practice, she also dedicates time to serving as guardian ad litem for probate and guardianship matters and helps her clients with their Medicaid applications. Her client base is diverse, spanning from young families to clients reaching retirement age.
