Jason Heinen

Jason Heinen of Heinen Law LLC in Waukesha, Wisconsin, provides legal services in estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, real estate and business law throughout Milwaukee and its surrounding suburbs. Originally from Neenah, Mr. Heinen earned his bachelor's degree with honors in history from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2008. He subsequently attended Liberty University School of Law in Virginia, where he developed his interest in property, estates and transactional law, graduating magna cum laude in 2011.

Following his admission to the Wisconsin bar, Mr. Heinen began his legal career in Delafield while simultaneously volunteering with Lake Country Fire & Rescue. In 2016, he joined a law firm in Brookfield, where he received valuable mentorship from established attorneys while building his practice serving clients in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and various real estate and corporate transactions.

Mr. Heinen focuses on guiding individuals and business owners through complex legal processes. His work encompasses creating comprehensive estate plans, administering trusts and probates, facilitating residential and commercial real estate transactions, providing counsel on business law matters, and handling adult guardianships.
