Details
For over 30 years, Robert T. Ward (“Of Counsel” with Domer Law) has been dedicated to representing injured workers' rights. During those years, he had extensive experience litigating workers’ compensation claims and maximizing clients’ benefits—whether through a court hearing or settlement. Mr. Ward has transitioned from active workers’ compensation practice and remains “of counsel” with Domer law, available for advice and consultation with clients and the Domer Law litigation attorneys.
Mr. Ward had an incredible track-record of success on behalf of his clients, obtaining help for them when they needed it the most. He understands that after being injured on the job, it can be a confusing and difficult time for clients and their families. Ward worked tirelessly to be sure injured workers aren't intimidated or discriminated against by employers as they go through the process of filing a workers' compensation claim.
After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in 1978 from Marquette University in Milwaukee, where he graduated cum laude, Mr. Ward went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, in 1982. He is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin and before the U.S. Federal Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Ward's achievements have earned him the respect of his peers. In 2014, he earned the distinction of Lawyer of the Year from The Best Lawyers in America* in workers' compensation law - claimants. He holds an active membership with the Wisconsin Association for Justice's workers' compensation committee.
