Attorney Profile

A highly skilled trial attorney, Susan R. Tyndall fiercely advocates for plaintiffs in personal injury cases. She is a shareholder at Habush Habush & Rottier S.C., where she represents people in and around Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Ms. Tyndall has been practicing law for more than 30 years. In that time, she has argued cases before state and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of Wisconsin and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. She is also an effective negotiator. Many personal injury claims are resolved without going to trial. Ms. Tyndall makes it a point to find the most efficient way to reach an award for a client.

As a result of her accomplishments and exceptional service to clients, Ms. Tyndall holds honors that include an Avvo “Superb” rating; earning the highest peer rating possible of AV Preeminent* From Martindale-Hubbell; and the Women in the Law honoree recognition from Wisconsin Law Journal.

Outside her practice, Ms. Tyndall is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. She is also founder and editor of the Wisconsin Civil Trial Journal’s Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin.

Ms. Tyndall earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1982. She went on to graduate cum laude with a Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 1985.

When she is not with clients, Ms. Tyndall enjoys kayaking, bicycling, walking her dog and other outdoor activities.
