John Bowers

John Bowers, is an experienced successful trial attorney concentrating his practice on personal injury law and general civil litigation. He serves clients throughout Wyoming, Idaho and Utah in matters involving motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, products liability and wrongful death.

A licensed attorney since 1996, Mr. Bowers has more than 28 years of experience representing individuals who have sustained a catastrophic injury or lost a loved one due to negligence. He has recovered major sums in verdicts and settlements on behalf of clients over the years, including multimillion-dollar settlements in construction and trucking accident matters.

In honor of his accomplishments, Martindale-Hubbell awarded Mr. Bowers an AV Preeminent* peer review rating, the highest available rating from the organization given to attorneys possessing the highest levels of ethical standards and professional excellence. In addition to running his law practice, he serves as the appointed commissioner of the Uniform Law Commission.

Mr. Bowers enjoys staying active in his legal community through membership in a variety of professional organizations. He is a member of the Wyoming State Bar, the State Bar of Arizona, the Idaho State Bar and the Utah State Bar. He also belongs to the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association and the Utah Association for Justice.

Mr. Bowers received a bachelor’s degree from Utah State University. He went on to earn his law degree from Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School. He holds an active law license in Wyoming, Arizona, Idaho and Utah. Prior to founding his practice, he served as a prosecutor for the Lincoln County Attorney’s Office.
