Bryan Ulmer focuses his practice on the representation of people who have been injured, physically and financially, by the wrongful acts of others. Many of his cases involve the representation of persons or the families of persons who have been seriously injured or killed due to industrial accidents, railroad accidents, product defects, medical malpractice or other accidents. Work with fellow Spence partner resulted in a $28.2 million dollar verdict for Amber Lompe who was poisoned in her Casper, Wyoming apartment by carbon monoxide created by a neglected furnace. In July 2014, Bryan and Spence associate obtained a verdict of $5.19 million in Sweetwater County, Wyoming for severe injuries to a young oil field worker injured on the jobsite.
