Will O. (Trip) Walton III is the founder of Walton Law Firm, P.C., located in Auburn, Alabama. A graduate of Auburn University, where he was a member of the university's football and debate teams, Mr. Walton then attended University of Alabama School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 1984. After graduation from law school, he served as a deputy district attorney with the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office prosecuting serious crimes, including murder, arson and drug offenses. Mr. Walton then entered private practice and was a partner in an Auburn firm before founding Walton Law Firm, P.C., in 2001. Admitted to practice in Alabama and Georgia, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
