Ryan M. Scharber

A partner at Hoopes, Adams & Scharber, PLC, Ryan M. Scharber focuses his practice primarily on estate planning and administration. From the firm’s offices in Chandler, Arizona, he provides representation to clients throughout the eastern portion of the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. Mr. Scharber has been admitted to practice before all Arizona state courts since 2009.

Mr. Scharber regularly prepares and reviews last wills and testaments, health care and financial powers of attorney, living and irrevocable trusts, and advance medical directives. In many cases, he tailors these plans to help his clients minimize the effect of federal estate and gift taxes and avoid probate, and he also assists business owners plan for the effects on their ventures should they die, retire, or become mentally or physically incapacitated. In his estate administration practice, Mr. Scharber has helped to guide many of his clients through what can be a complicated and lengthy probate process, and he provides advice and counsel to executors, estate representatives, and trustees with respect to their important fiduciary duties.

A 2009 graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School, Mr. Scharber has a business law practice as well, advising entrepreneurs on entity formation and regulatory compliance, among other matters. He keeps abreast of current developments in his various practice areas through his participation in several professional organizations. Mr. Scharber's memberships have included the Maricopa County Bar Association, several sections of the State Bar of Arizona, the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and the East Valley Estate Planning Council.
