Michael Moldoveanu

Michael Moldoveanu is a district managing attorney at Goldberg & Osborne for their offices in the Phoenix metropolitan area (East Valley) and Mohave County, Arizona, and provides judicious representation to clients who have sustained injuries due to the negligence and reckless actions of another party, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death, among many others.

With over a decade of experience, Mr. Moldoveanu is sagacious in his work ethic and dedicated to his clients’ causes, employing a methodical approach combined with an unrelenting work ethic, all the while pursuing every available legal avenue to get his clients the respite they so deserve to kickstart their recovery without worry of financial strain. Throughout his practice, he has recovered million-dollar figures for his clients at a consistent pace and has obtained seven-figure settlements on numerous occasions.

Mr. Moldoveanu completed his undergraduate studies in 2009, graduating cum laude with his Bachelor of Arts degree in law, societies and justice from the University of Washington, Seattle. He then went on to enroll at The University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where he was on The University of Arizona Trial Team and was a part of the Business Law Society and the Student Writing Advisory Council. Receiving his Juris Doctor in 2012 and his license to practice in Arizona a year later, he obtained his license to practice in the state of Washington and was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District Court of Arizona.

Prior to joining Goldberg & Osborne, Mr. Moldoveanu served as a law clerk for the Pima County Superior Court, where he gained immense exposure to the inner workings of the state judicial system and worked to apply that knowledge on behalf of his clients. A member of the State Bar of Arizona, he is actively involved in his legal community, aiming to set a high bar for his industry in line with his stringent standards, and for his contributions, holds a “Very Good” rating on Avvo.
