He holds his license to practice in Ohio, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico and Hawaii, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Hawaii. He also holds his admission to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Mr. Righi has several publications to his credits, and he is an active member of the State Bar of Arizona and Ohio as well as the Maricopa County Bar Association's Construction Law Section, where he once served on the board. He also served as president of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel and of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance's Phoenix Chapter. He has also served as judge pro tempore of the Maricopa County Superior Court as well as a discipline hearing panelist with the Arizona Superior Court.
