    Amy Lieberman is a mediator and arbitrator, who has resolved over 2500 employment, commercial and business conflicts as a full-time neutral for over 20 years.   As the Executive Director of Insight Employment Mediation and Insight Mediation Group LLC, she is retained by counsel, individuals and corporate entities to mediate litigated matters, EEOC charges, contract disputes, executive compensation disputes, workplace conflict and partnership disputes.  Ms. Lieberman has practiced law for over 35 years, and has served as a full-time neutral since 2001.  She is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, American College of Civil Trial Mediators, a CPR Distinguished Neutral, a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, Mediator/Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and FINRA.  She is an ACR Advanced Practitioner in Workplace Mediation and Arbitration.  Ms. Lieberman has mediated over 300  EEOC disputes for the Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Dallas district offices of the EEOC.  She has been recognized for over 15 years in Best Lawyers of America in ADR, Southwest Superlawyers, and Arizona's Top 100 Lawyers, as well a the Top 25 Female Lawyers.   In 2013, Amy was Ranking Arizona's Top Lawyer for ADR.   Ms. Lieberman is the author of the book, "Mediation Success: Get it Out, Get it Over, Get Back to Business," May 2012, and of numerous nationally-acclaimed articles on mediation, arbitration and conflict resolution.
