Kristin Moye serves as the lead attorney for Windrose Law Center PLC. She has practiced law for more than a decade and primarily handles estate planning, probate, and trust administration cases. Ms. Moye also assists business owners with formation and succession planning issues.

In 2003, Ms. Moye completed her B.A. at the University of Arizona with a major in history. Later, she completed her law degree at the Phoenix School of Law  and went on to receive her LL.M. from Pepperdine. Since then, she has been admitted to practice in the state of Arizona, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Ms. Moye served on law review and has two published articles on estate planning for individuals with special needs as well as about employment law.  She has also written for the Arizona Attorney Magazine with advice for attorney business owners about starting a running a successful law practice. Her professional experience also led to her serving as a professor at the Arizona Summit Law School where she taught Wills and Trusts as well as Legal Research. While she feels exceptionally proud of these accomplishments, she has an even greater feeling of accomplishment from helping clients protect their families and nest egg from excessive court involvement, creditors, greed and taxation.

Outside of work, Ms. Moye dedicates resources to giving back to her community. She has worked on Project Salute, which helps veterans create living wills and powers of attorney. She also serves as a volunteer ombudsman for veterans facing issues in the workplace. Ms. Moye is also active in the Junior League of Phoenix, a women's philanthropic organization.

Windrose Law Center focuses on helping individuals, families and businesses with estate planning, wills and trusts, business formation, and trademarks.

  • Windrose Law Center is a boutique law firm committed to helping families and businesses. We provide exceptional services at a reasonable fee.  Rather than being the "jack of all trades" and providing legal services in a great variety of practice areas, Windrose Law Center is exclusively committed to asset protection, legacy planning, estate planning, and business planning.  Kristin Moye has focused on risk management and succession planning issues since 2011. After running her own estate planning and business law firm for several years, founding attorney Kristin Moye began exclusively advising attorneys on the best ways to minimize their risk and create successful businesses. She never lost sight of her passion for estate planning and asset protection as she coached business owners on the best way to develop their succession plan. Friends still continued to approach her to help them answer the question, "What would happen to my family if I did not make it home tonight?" Ms. Moye realized that for too many people, the answer to this question for too many people is that a court would get involved. Probate might ensue. A judge could decide. Kristin expanded her scope of practice to not only help small businesses but to also help individuals and families plan their legacy and protect their assets., About Windrose Law Center, Wills, Trusts, And Estate Plans, 2019
