Laura Noroski, Partner, represents a wide range of clients in transactional matters, from multi-national corporations to entrepreneurs.  Her clients operate primarily in the fields of manufacturing, technology and real estate.  She has also litigated cases in state and federal courts, including the California Court of Appeal.  Ms. Noroski’s experience litigating an array of disputes enables her to provide creative solutions for her clients. 

Ms. Noroski was honored to serve as an instructor for the course, Mergers & Acquisitions (LAW 658), for the Spring 2018 semester at her alma mater, USC's Gould School of Law.  In addition, Ms. Noroski has completed extensive alternative dispute resolution training at Loyola Law School and Pepperdine Law School, which has allowed her to serve as a volunteer mediator.  She is also a supporter of Kid Works, CHOC Children's Foundation, high school mock trial programs, and acts as a mentor to several law students.  She has served on the Board of the William P. Grey Legion Lex Inn of Court, an organization whose goal is to promote ethics, collegiality and civility in the legal profession. 

Ms. Noroski graduated with a B.A. in Economics, with College Honors, from UCLA.  She graduated from USC’s Gould School of Law as a three-year Olin Fellow, and a member of the Southern California Law Review, which selected her student article on ethics rules changes, for publication.

Ms. Noroski has been promoted to Partner at her law firm and enjoys working with attorneys who share the same passion for achieving outstanding results for their clients.
