An honest and dedicated attorney, Scott E. Radcliffe is well-known in his legal community as a passionate litigator and an avid communicator, keeping his clients up to date on the legal proceedings of their cases. A partner at Alves Radcliffe LLP, he serves residents in Sacramento, California, across a variety of legal areas, including cannabis law, legal malpractice, real estate issues, business law and commercial litigation.

A 2007 B.A. graduate of the University of San Diego, Mr. Radcliffe attended the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2011, as well his license to practice in California. While in law school, he was part of the university’s Moot Court Team and was a world finalist of the Pace International Criminal Court Moot Court, arguing in The Hague, Netherlands. Additionally, he was also a part of the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society and Phi Alpha Delta.

Keen to pursue practical experience and the knowledge bound with it, Mr. Radcliffe served as a summer associate for four months at a reputable law firm, where he drafted many motions as well as letters to clients relating to business litigation and transaction matters. Moreover, he spent nearly a year at the Federal Public Defender Clinic as a certified student attorney, representing clients in both state and federal courts.
