Evan C. Khoshnou is a litigation associate at the PARRIS Law Firm.
Named by Super Lawyers as one of Southern California’s Rising Stars in 2026, Khoshnou specializes in complex, high-stakes cases involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability claims. He also handles other matters involving negligence, elder neglect, and assault and battery. Part of a trial team at PARRIS, Khoshnou helps shepherd litigation matters from start to finish. He provides skilled and aggressive representation to his clients, so they can secure the compensation they need to rebuild their lives after traumatic events.
Since joining PARRIS in 2022, Khoshnou has forged an impressive track record of obtaining multi-million dollar victories for injured parties, including involvement in an $8.6 million verdict for a woman who suffered a traumatic brain injury in an auto collision.
In 2023, Khoshnou was part of a team that obtained a $19.5 million verdict for a pedestrian who suffered severe injuries when a car hit him at a crosswalk. He also helped secure a $6.5 million settlement in a negligence case against a medical device manufacturer and medical professionals; a $5 million settlement for a woman who suffered a miscarriage when she was hit by an inebriated driver; and a $1 million settlement for an individual with a developmental disability who was abused by a caretaker. In 2024, he was part of a team that obtained a $4.86 million verdict for a woman who suffered severe back injuries after a driver ran a red light and hit her vehicle.
Khoshnou graduated in 2021 from George Washington University Law School, which he attended on an academic scholarship. During law school, he clerked at prominent plaintiffs’ firms in Los Angeles and founded the Class Action and Mass Tort Law Society — a law school organization focused on advocacy for plaintiffs in personal injury, class action, and mass tort cases.
He previously graduated magna cum laude from the University of Central Florida, where he conducted biochemistry research in the nationally recognized Kolpashchikov lab under Dr. Dmitry Kolpashchikov. He also served as the Director of Volunteers for Darkhorse Benefits, a nonprofit organization that provides aid to veterans injured in military combat. The combination of Evan’s education in the sciences, volunteer work at Darkhorse Benefits, and interest in advocacy led Evan to pursue a career in law. His deep knowledge and interest in the sciences have proven to be an asset in personal injury and product liability actions. Evan cares deeply about his clients and advocates as aggressively as possible for their best interests.
He speaks Farsi conversationally.
