Yasir Elbiali

Yasir is a seasoned practicing attorney with 25+ years of experience, a core portion of which has been concentrated in the area of civil litigation. During his tenure as an Associate with an AmLaw 200 law firm and, subsequently, as a Shareholder with a well-respected boutique litigation firm in Orange County, he represented clients before state and federal courts spanning areas involving real estate, premises liability, business disputes, employment, and intellectual property.

Mr. Elbiali received his LLM with Distinction from the University of London and his JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and served on the Editorial Board of the Berkeley Journal of Labor and Employment Law. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California Santa Barbara, where he graduated with Honors and Departmental Distinction with a degree in Political Science.
