Brendan P. Gilbert

Brendan P. Gilbert is an attorney at the law firm of Taylor & Ring in Manhattan Beach, California. Mr. Gilbert has over a decade of experience and concentrates his practice on personal injury law, serving the injured and their families in Manhattan Beach and Los Angeles.

Mr. Gilbert handles all types of personal injury matters, including cases involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Some of his cases have involved aviation accidents, bicycle accidents, birth injury, brain injury, defective products, motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian accidents, traumatic brain injury, truck accidents. Additionally, he takes on cases involving sexual abuse and assault of adults and children, particularly in school or religious settings.

Over his career, Mr. Gilbert has successfully resolved many cases through litigation and arbitration, resulting in major recoveries for his clients. Prior to joining Taylor & Ring, he practiced at a trial law firm, where he developed his civil litigation skills and appellate experience.

In addition to his personal injury practice, Mr. Gilbert enjoys membership in various professional organizations. After graduating cum laude from the University of California at Irvine with a bachelor’s degree in criminology: law and society, Mr. Gilbert earned his law degree from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, as well as a certificate from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. He holds a license to practice law before all California state courts.
