In addition, we regularly review and prepare employee handbooks, and we provide risk avoidance advice and counsel to our company clients. We have also represented public entities in labor negotiations and collective bargaining matters.

In our real estate practice, we have experience in construction defect litigation as well as unlawful detainers, and our attorneys have also provided representation in disputes arising from transactions involving the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate. Other litigation matters have encompassed illegal access to computerized data arising under the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and its California equivalent. Outside of the courtroom, we have reviewed and prepared wills, trusts, financial and health care powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents for our individual clients.
