Ms. Mims served as co-chair of the Tenant Advocacy Project by Harvard Law School and served as a primary editor for the Women’s Law Journal by the Harvard Law School. An ardent speaker, Ms. Mims has moderated and served as a panelist in several prominent legal platforms on topics such as self-advocacy and countering personal negotiation, best practices for successful collaboration and so on. 

Admitted to practice in the state of California, Ms. Mims is also admitted to practice in the states of New York and Washington, D.C. Actively and enthusiastically affiliated with prominent legal associations, Ms. Mims serves as vice chair of the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division’s Litigation Committee and is a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers' Leadership Development Committee.
