Moreover, Mr. Webb has served as adviser to both the Business Litigation Committee and the Executive Committee of The State Bar of California's Business Law Section. He has also served as chair and secretary of the section's Consumer Financial Services Committee, as well as vice chair for Programming and Legislation and Publications. He is also an active member of the San Francisco Bank Attorneys Association, among his other professional affiliations.

A 1988 graduate of the University of Notre Dame with degrees in English and Government and International Relations, Mr. Webb returned to his alma mater and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Notre Dame Law School in 1991.  He is a contributing author and editor of Litigating and Judging California Business Entity Governance Disputes (LexisNexis 2019).
