Tracey C. Wapnick

Family law attorney Tracey C. Wapnick focuses her practice on custody disputes, support issues and high-asset complex dissolution cases.

Tracey was born in South Africa and moved with her family to Boston  at age 7 and subsequently to San Diego. Tracey received her Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Berkeley, and her Juris Doctor from University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Prior to opening her own practice in 2000, Tracey was an associate attorney for Wagner & Wagner in Oakland, California.

Since 1999, Tracey has provided compassionate advocacy and personalized legal representation for her clients facing divorce. Tracey is a strong advocate for children and families and is committed to helping them through the emotionally arduous journey often associated with family law. Tracey has experience with Alameda, Contra Costa, and San Francisco County family law courts.
