An accomplished trial attorney with more than 30 years of litigation experience, Mr. Boucher represents clients in matters including complex consumer litigation, class actions, bad faith claims, employment discrimination, product liability, toxic tort litigation and more.

A graduate of Fort Lewis College, where he earned bachelor's degrees in business administration and political science, Mr. Boucher also holds a master's degree in management from Colorado State University. He obtained his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law and is also the recipient of an honorary doctorate of law from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California. He is licensed to practice in all California state courts and the U.S. district courts for the northern, central, southern and eastern districts of California.

Mr. Boucher's accomplishments have earned him many honors and awards. In 2002, the Daily Journal named him to its list of the top 100 attorneys in California.
