- Defendant moved for leave to amend the Answer to add an affirmative defense that would have substantively barred any recovery by Plaintiff. Babar responded to motion focusing on the procedural defects of Defendant's Motion and the interests of justice. The Court denied the Motion for Leave. - In Boulder County, Babar obtained a $1.2 million judgment against a drunk driver that caused his client a brain injury, 2018
- In a pre-Covid trial, Babar was part of a trial team that secured a $3M jury award on behalf of an injured motorcyclist, 2020
- Two weeks before a jury trial was set to begin, Babar settled a claim for $1,000,000 on behalf of a pedestrian that was struck by a car and suffered a fractured ankle, 2019
- Babar represented a brother and sister at trial after the defendant-driver, working for a transport company, fell asleep behind the wheel and crashed into the family vehicle at 75 miles per hour. The driver killed both parents and the siblings suffered significant injuries.
