Located in Greenwood Village, Colorado, Dan Caplis Law is known by its trademark "A Serious Firm For Serious Cases." Focusing its practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, it provides representation to clients throughout the Denver metropolitan area and across the state who have been severely harmed by the negligence of other parties. Founder Dan Caplis has more than 40 years of experience in representing plaintiffs in these types of matters. A recipient of a Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Colorado, he remained in Boulder for his legal education and was awarded his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School in 1983. Mr. Caplis is admitted to practice in Colorado and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Managing member Babar Waheed is also a graduate of the University of Colorado Law School, having earned his Juris Doctor in 2006. He is admitted to practice before all Colorado state courts.

Mr. Caplis and Mr. Waheed have received "Superb" peer review ratings through Avvo, and both are members of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an invitation-only organization in which membership is limited to trial lawyers who have obtained settlements or jury verdicts of that size.
