Draper III at the Missouri Supreme Court and later served at the Missouri State Public Defender's Office in Fulton, Missouri.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Barbarick actively participates in the Colorado Bar Association – Workers Compensation Executive Council, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Colorado Workers' Compensation Education Association and the Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group.
