Attorney Gregory P. Borgognoni is the founder and owner of Borgognoni Law PL in Coral Gables, Florida. Mr. Borgognoni began his legal career in 1978, after graduating with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While pursuing his legal degree, he served as executive editor of the Florida Law Review as well as a legal research and writing instructor. He was selected by the Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court as a law clerk, and afterward practiced at the nations then-largest law firm as partner. His practice has included high-stakes business litigation, handling trademark, copyright and patent matters for a nationwide retailer, and representing a major local hospital in health care contracting, regulatory and dispute resolution issues.

Mr. Borgognoni is admitted to practice before all U.S. District Courts in Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and 11th circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also an active member of The Florida Bar, where he has served as chair or vice chair of a number of the organization's most important committees including the Appellate Court Rules Committee, the Code and Rules of Evidence Committee, and the Judicial Administration, Selection and Tenure Committee. He has also held several leadership roles within the Dade County Bar Association, including chair of its Civil Courts Committee and director and treasurer of its Young Lawyers Section.

Mr. Borgognoni is also active with various civic and charitable organizations in his local community, and he routinely conducts lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics.
