Mr. Borgognoni earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law. While in law school, he served as a legal research and writing instructor and as senior executive editor and executive editor of the Florida Law Review. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 5th and 11th Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Borgognoni has been named in South Florida Legal Guide’s Top Lawyer list in South Florida for commercial litigation.
