Matthew Goodwin

Attorney Matthew Goodwin, the principal shareholder of Goodwin Law, P.A., has been serving clients in Naples, Florida, and throughout Collier and Lee counties, since 2015. He focuses his practice on real estate law (commercial and residential), probate administration, and estate planning.

Mr. Goodwin first began his career by attending the University of Michigan, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then went on to attend the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law, graduating cum laude with his Juris Doctor. During his schooling, he served as Public Relations Chair for The Florida Moot Court Team.

To strengthen professional relationships and stay up to date in his field, Mr. Goodwin is a member of a number of professional and legal organizations. He is an active member of the Real Estate Section of the Collier County Bar Association and is a member of the Legal Resources Committee of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS. Mr. Goodwin has additionally written for publications such as the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy and the Journal of Healthcare Risk Management.

Mr. Goodwin has earned recognition from his peers for his skill and ethics. He holds a “Superb” rating from his peers through Avvo and an AV Preeminent* rating through Martindale-Hubbell.
