Matthew Goodwin

Attorney Matthew Goodwin, the principal shareholder of Goodwin Law, P.A., has been serving clients in Naples, Florida, as well as throughout Collier and Lee counties, and across the state of Florida, since 2015. He focuses his practice on real estate (commercial and residential), probate administration, and estate planning.

Mr. Goodwin first began his career by attending the University of Michigan, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then attended the University of Florida's Fredric G. Levin College of Law, graduating cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree. During his schooling, he served as Public Relations Chair for The Florida Moot Court Team.

To strengthen his professional relationships and stay current in his field, Mr. Goodwin is a member of several professional and legal organizations. He is an active member of the Real Estate Section of the Collier County Bar Association and is a member of the Legal Resources Committee of the Naples Area Board of Realtors. Mr. Goodwin has additionally written for publications such as the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy and the Journal of Healthcare Risk Management.
