Graduating cum laude, Mr. Oliveri has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and criminal justice from the University of South Florida and a Master of Business Administration degree from the same university. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida A&M University. While in law school, Mr. Oliveri interned at a renowned law firm’s personal injury unit.  

After passing the bar exam, Mr. Oliveri served as a plaintiff’s attorney at prominent law firms in Florida, where he helped insurance companies with subrogation claims and health care systems with medical collection claims. After which, he rejoined the law firm he previously interned with and focused only on personal injury litigation. 

Engaging actively within the legal community, Mr. Oliveri is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Hispanic National Bar Association and the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida. Before pursuing law, Mr. Oliveri was a bank officer in Bank of America and was the recipient of two national awards of excellence.
