After graduating from law school, Mr. Alloy clerked for the Honorable Phyllis Kravitch of the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, where he gained considerable insight into the inner workings of the judiciary in the some of the largest disputes in the southeast. This experience helped him when he took on the tobacco industry on behalf of the state of Georgia, ensuring monetary damages be paid accordingly, as well as currently serving as a receiver for a corporation that was sued by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for operating as a Ponzi scheme. Furthermore, he was also appointed by the governor of Georgia to challenge the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act.

Outside his law practice, Mr. Alloy serves his legal community including as a member of the board of advisors of the Atlanta Lawyers Division of the Federalist Society, as well as previously serving on the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia.
