Linda A. Klein is Senior Managing Shareholder at Baker Donelson in Georgia. Her practice includes most types of business dispute resolution, including higher education, design professional law, construction law, employment law, risk management, and professional liability. Ms. Klein is the first woman to serve as President of the State Bar of Georgia. She is a past president of the American Bar Association (ABA), the world's largest voluntary professional association, and is a past chair of the ABA's House of Delegates. She is a past Chair of the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association. In 2004, she was awarded the prestigious Margaret Brent Achievement Award by the American Bar Association. She has been elected a Georgia Super Lawyer annually since 2004.
