Mr. Siebert earned a bachelor’s degree in architectural studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and received his law degree from DePaul University College of Law. In 1981, he obtained a law license to practice before all Illinois state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is also a certified elder law attorney.
