He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1985 and later obtained his Master of Law degree in taxation from the New York University School of Law.
Mr. Zarlengo constantly makes an effort to involve himself in his community and has been a board member of Treatment Alternatives for a Safe Community (TASC Inc.) since 2020. He is currently affiliated with several organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Chicago Estate Planning Council and the Illinois State Bar Association.
