A 1982 graduate of Iowa State University, Mr. Brooks obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1985. He is admitted to practice before all Illinois state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. He is also an active member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Cook County Bar Association and the Federal Trial Bar.
