Cook serves his community through his eponymous law firm in Carmel, Indiana, and surrounding areas. Mr. Cook is a behemoth in the Indiana legal community and is well-known for his explosive courtroom demeanor and comprehensive knowledge of Indiana state law. After graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Indiana University in 1992, Mr. Cook enrolled at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He received his Juris Doctor in 1995 and was licensed to practice in Indiana the same year. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Apart from his law practice, Mr. Cook keeps active in his legal community with memberships in the Indiana State Bar Association and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. Additionally, he served as a pro tem judge for the Marion County Superior Court’s Criminal Division from 1995 to 2018.
Always keen to help his community, he devotes additional time and resources toward important organizations with charitable causes, such as the Meals on Wheels Association of America and the American Heart Association.
